Help with user accounts and passwords

When you initially register via the website for one of our courses, a user account is automatically created for you. In addition to a confirmation email, you will receive a second email containing your username and a temporary password. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not appear to have received this.

Logging in

• To log in to the site to access your course content, please use the Login option from the menu at the top of any page. Please note that the Login button on the menu will change to display Logout once you are successfully logged in. There is also a login button at the bottom of this section.
• The login page has fields to enter your username or the email address used when registering for a course and your password.

Didn’t receive your password or need to reset it?

• If you did not receive the password e-mail or cannot remember your username or the password you previously used, please click on the Lost Your Password link on the Login page or use the button at the bottom of this page.
  • Selecting the Lost Your Password option will direct you to a page where you can enter your username or the e-mail address you provided when you registered and purchased a course. Enter either of these and press the Reset password button.
    You will now see the following confirmation message that an email has been sent to your address.

    

  • Please check your inbox for an email entitled “Password Reset Request for CANINE Pawsibilities”. If you do not see this in your inbox, please check if it has been placed in your Junk or Spam folder. Click on the link in the email to reset your password. This will redirect you back to the following page on the website.Please use a strong password. The reset tool will help by giving hints on how strong your password is as you enter it.
  • Once you have set a new password, you will be directed to a login page where you can log in using your new password.

The My Account Page

When you log in to our site, the My Account Page will be displayed.

On the My Account page, you can check the Courses you have ordered, update your Address information, and modify your account details, including resetting your password.

At the base of this page, there is a list of the Online courses you have access to. Click on the Course Title to access the course content.
