Help with user accounts and passwords
When you initially register via the website for one of our courses a user account is automatically created for you. As well as a confirmation e-mail you will also be sent a second e-mail which contains your username and a temporary password. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not appear to have received this.
Logging in
- To login to site to access your course content please use the Login option from the menu at the top of any page. Please note that the Login button on the menu will change to display Logout once you are successfully logged in. There is also a login button at the bottom of this section.
- The login page will have entry boxes that allow you to enter your username or the e-mail address that you used when registering for a course and password. As noted above an e-mail with these details will have been automatically sent to you.
Didn’t receive your password or need to reset it?
- If you did not receive the password e-mail or you cannot remember your user name or the password you have previously used, please click on the Lost Your Password link on the Login page or use the button at the base of this page.
- When selecting the lost Your Password option you will be directed to a page that requests that you enter your username or the e-mail address you provided when you registered and purchased a course. Enter either of these and press the Reset password button.
You should now see the following confirmation message that an e-mail has been sent to your address. - Please check your e-mail for an e-mail entitled “Password Reset Request for CANINE Pawsibilities”. If you do not see this in your Inbox please check to see if this has been moved to your Junk or Spam folder. Click on the link in the e-mail to reset your password. This will redirect you back to the site which will display the following page:Please use a strong password. The reset tool will help by giving hints on how strong your password is as you enter it.
- Once you have set a new password the following page allowing you to login with the new password will be displayed.
- When selecting the lost Your Password option you will be directed to a page that requests that you enter your username or the e-mail address you provided when you registered and purchased a course. Enter either of these and press the Reset password button.
The My Account Page
When you login to our site you will be directed automatically to the My Account Page which will look similar to the following
From the My Account page you can can check the Courses you have ordered, update you Address information and Modify your account details including resetting your password.
At the base of this page you will also see a list of the Online courses that your have access to and, by clicking on the Course Title, access the course content.
